The Streets of Liverpool

Friday 28th December 2018

As the year ends and i plan for the year ahead i take the time out, in-between a family Christmas and New Year to have a walk around the streets of Liverpool with the Fuji X-t20 and the XF 18-55mm f2.8.

For 2019 i plan to do more and use this blog as an encouragement to do so. Ill be re-learning (As a feel i need to) various techniques and skills whilst exploring new ideas and projects for me to share my journey with you all.

I will also look at honest reviews of the gear i have and share with you people who influence me and my close network of photography friends.

Having parked at the well priced Mount Pleasant car park, £4 all day, i walked up towards the Metropolitan Cathedral passing the opposite building.

The Wellington Rooms designed by Edmund Aikin and built 1815/16 as Assembly rooms used by high society.

After popping my head into the Cathedral I headed off towards the Everyman theatre down Hope Street, as you’ll see some amazing coloured doors.

Across Hardman Street to the Liverpool Philharmonic, there’s something about these 5 Christmas trees evenly spread out against the large windows just above the lighting.
